Returns & Refunds Policy

At CORE Equipment, we’re dedicated to making your outdoor experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return your CORE Equipment item by mail within 60 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all original packaging and contents are included.

Refund Options

Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Store Credit: If you prefer store credit, we'll send you a CORE Equipment give card via email for the return amount.

How to Return an Item

1. Visit our Returns Portal: Go to our Returns Portal to initiate a return. Enter your order details, choose the items you want to return and follow the instructions provided.

2. Select Your Preferred Return Option: You can decide whether you’d like a refund or store credit. If you choose store credit, we’ll send a gift card straight to your email.

3. Prepare Your Return: For items that need to come back to us, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label. Pack up your item securely, attach the label, and it’ll be ready to ship!

4. Send it Back: Drop your package at the nearest shipping location. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or credit within 2-3 business days.

      *Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

      Purchases from Authorized Dealers

      If you purchased your CORE Equipment product from an authorized dealer, their return policy will apply. Please reach out to the dealer directly for more information. Any items bought from authorized dealers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

      Gift Cards

      CORE Equipment electronic gift cards may only be used on coreequipment.com. Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and non-reloadable. Any remaining balance may only be exchanged for website credit at any time; gift card holder must verify original purchaser’s billing information or provide the last four characters of the gift card number. Gift cards are valid for two years from date of purchase. Lost/stolen gift cards and their corresponding card numbers are the responsibility of the holder, and will not be replaced by CORE Equipment.
