Shipping
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within one business day (Monday-Friday). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
How do I know what the shipping charges are?
We offer free ground shipping on website orders over $50 within the lower 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, with additional shipping fees and transit time.
Can you ship to a PO box?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes; a physical mailing address is required.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping but are working to expand to new countries.
What shipping provider do you use?
All orders ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS.
Can I cancel my order?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed. If an order can't be canceled, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may appear as a “Handling Fee” in our return portal. This fee is based on the return label cost and will not exceed $20. To avoid return shipping costs, you may choose to receive store credit (a gift card) instead of a refund. Store credit can only be used for purchases made on our website.

What is your return policy?
Returns with all original packaging and accessories are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may appear as a “Handling Fee” in our return portal. This fee is based on the return label cost and will not exceed $20. To avoid return shipping costs, you may choose to receive store credit (a gift card) instead of a refund. Store credit can only be used for purchases made on our website.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on: Tents, Shelters, Furniture, Sleep, Lighting & Hammocks. We offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty on Coolers. The full warranty policy can be found HERE.
